      Rated 1 out of 5�by 3 Strikes - Done With This One! This phone had all the features we were looking for. Unfortunately, the factory's quality control leaves a lot to be desired. The first phone was missing the cover on the battery compartment. The second, the base unit did not power on. The third, the phone would not charge while sitting on the base. It would start charging, then after a couple of minutes would stop and say "Place handset in charger"(without being touched or moved in any way). I have no idea as to the sound quality of the phone as we were never able to get one to work and actually use it for a phone call. I'm not one to give up on a product easily--went through all the troubleshooting on the AT&T website, lengthy conversations with AT&T customer service, and finally just returned it for a refund. August 14, 2014
